Performance Skills Workshops

The workshops I facilitate are around Influencing, Questioning and Listening, Impact and Presentation skills. I have undertaken these workshops for major blue chip organisations around the world. The participants enjoy interactive sessions allowing them to instantly experience the changes that can be made in the moment. Participants receive high quality feedback and coaching on the things that went well and on the areas that need further development.

Any of the workshops can be undertaken for individuals as part of a one to one skills session or can be tailored for groups, the size and timings of which can be defined as requirements are known.

Questioning and Listening

How well do you listen and probe with relevant sequential questions to get to the key issues? This workshop will give some theory around questioning and listening and give you great experiential learning, getting feedback and coaching as to how well you actively listen and question incisively.

Influencing

Influencing your peers, organisational leaders and other business stakeholders is an extremely valuable skill. Attending this workshop will give you some theory around influencing styles and types backed up with learning by practice.  The workshop will give you insights into your individual influencing style and that of others. Equipped with this knowledge you will be able to identify much more easily the best influencing style to use with individuals in your stakeholder community.

Impact

What sort of Impact do you have on your clients or colleagues when you enter the room, do you really know?

This session will give you feedback on how you come across, the impact it has on the recipient and more importantly what are the development areas that will improve your impact so that you are listened to more.

 

Presentation

Links to all of the previous workshops, how do you use your skills in making that great presentation, now is the time to find out and get feedback on what it feels like from the recipients view point. Is what you are saying congruent with your body language? Did you know only 7% of what we communicate is by words, the balance is body language and tone of voice?
