Performance Coaching

As the name suggests performance coaching is focussed around improving performance by changing the behaviours of the individual, the team and at the organisational level with the aim of increasing efficiencies and profitability.

Coaching is accessible and can be used by individuals and organisations to give quick and cost effective benefits, to produce added value, which other techniques may not be able to do.

Individual Coaching

Coaching helps the individual to identify their skills gaps giving them scope to set their own goals and targets for improvement. Typically individuals may identify a need to improve in the areas of people management, Leadership, communication, personal impact, conflict resolution, strategic planning and change management.

This is not an exhaustive list but does give a flavour of the sorts of challenges that can be addressed using the coaching model.

Team Coaching 

The improvement that can be achieved by having focussed and goal oriented individuals on work teams can be significant in efficiencies and effectiveness when they are all striving to the same end.

However more input is often needed with the team to break down cross cultural and mind set differences particularly when bringing diverse individuals into teams. Goal alignment to match the individual and team to those of the organisation can be achieved effectively using team coaching methods and strategy workshops.
